CCPA Notice for California Residents

If you're a California resident, this notice explains the personal information AdsBuddy handles and your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. In short: we don't sell or share your personal information, and you can access, correct or delete it any time.
Who this is for
This notice is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy with the disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. AdsBuddy is operated by Fluxer Labs, S.L.
Personal information we collect
Identifiers: your name and email address.
Commercial information: your Apple Search Ads, App Store Connect and RevenueCat data (campaigns, spend, installs, subscriptions) that you connect so we can make recommendations and apply the changes you approve.
Internet/usage activity: basic, privacy-preserving product analytics (e.g. page views).
We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
How and why we use it
We use this information for the business purposes of providing, securing, operating and improving the service — reading your data to produce recommendations, applying the changes you approve to your Apple Search Ads account, billing, and support — and to send communications you've opted into.
We do not sell or share your personal information
AdsBuddy does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We disclose data only to the sub-processors that run the service for us (e.g. hosting, AI model, email, billing), under contract and for those purposes only.
Your California rights
You have the right to know the personal information we collect and how we use it; to request deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we don't sell or share personal information, there's no opt-out of sale/share to submit — but you can still exercise the other rights at any time.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@fluxerlabs.com with your request. We'll verify it against the information associated with your account and respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
