Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
AdsBuddy reads your Apple Search Ads and App Store revenue to tell you what to do next, and — only when you approve it — applies those changes to your campaigns on your behalf. Every change is shown to you in full before anything happens. This page explains exactly what that means for your data.
Who we are
AdsBuddy is a product of Fluxer Labs, S.L. (“AdsBuddy”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what data AdsBuddy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question, contact us at info@fluxerlabs.com.
What we collect
Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up with Google or email.
Connected-account credentials: the API keys you provide for Apple Search Ads, App Store Connect and RevenueCat. These are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used to read your campaign and revenue data and — only when you explicitly approve a set of changes — to apply them to your Apple Search Ads account on your behalf.
Advertising & revenue data: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, spend and performance from Apple Search Ads; install and conversion analytics from App Store Connect; subscription and purchase data from RevenueCat. AdsBuddy reads this to make recommendations, and writes back only the changes you have reviewed and approved.
Product usage: basic, privacy-preserving analytics (e.g. page views) to understand how the product is used. We don't sell this or build advertising profiles from it.
How we use your data
To provide the service: read your ads and revenue data and produce a prioritized, explained list of recommended changes (the daily brief, approvals and reports).
Consent-gated changes: AdsBuddy never changes your campaigns or spends your budget silently. Before anything is applied, it shows you the complete, exact set of actions it will take — creating campaigns, adjusting bids and daily budgets, adding negative keywords, promoting keywords to exact match — and only writes them to your Apple Search Ads account when you approve that set. Approving can create live campaigns and increase spend, which results in real advertising costs that Apple bills directly to your account; that review is your consent. New campaigns are created active by default, with a per-apply option to create them paused. AdsBuddy works within the daily and monthly budget limits you configure; if a plan would exceed them, it tells you and leaves the decision to you. An optional background auto-pilot can apply a few low-risk action types on its own only if you explicitly enable it, within those same limits.
To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g. the email digest or per-event alerts) and essential service messages.
Who processes your data (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted providers strictly to run the service: Supabase (database hosting, in the EU), Vercel (application hosting and basic analytics), Anthropic (the AI model that generates recommendations from your data), and Resend (transactional and digest emails).
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Security
Per-tenant API credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the master key lives only in server environment configuration, never in our code or database. Every customer's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security scoped to your account).
Access to production data is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which stops further data collection from that source. On account deletion we remove your personal data and connected-account credentials; some aggregate or legally-required records may be retained as permitted by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@fluxerlabs.com and we'll respond within the timeframes the law requires.
Cookies
AdsBuddy uses only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences (such as your theme and which panels you've collapsed). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we'll notify you in-app or by email.
