Using AdsBuddyAuto-pilot
Optional, off by default, tightly bounded — the small set of actions AdsBuddy may take without a per-action click, and the guardrails around them.
Auto-pilot lets AdsBuddy apply specific low-risk change types without a per-action click. It is off by default, you enable each action type separately, and everything it does is logged with an outcome verdict so you can review or roll back.
What it can take over
- Small bid nudges — within a ±15% band of the plan's bid, never past your caps.
- Obvious negatives — search terms that spend without ever converting.
- Promotions to exact — search terms that clearly convert, promoted with a paired negative.
- Stop-loss pauses — pausing a clearly draining keyword or a 0-impression ad group after the escalation path ran its course.
Guardrails
- Hard bands per action type (bid % limits, a daily cap on pauses, a delay window before acting).
- Your budget/daily caps apply to auto-pilot exactly as they do to you.
- Every action lands in History with a before-state and gets an outcome verdict.
- Vacation mode (Settings → Notifications & auto-pilot) pauses pushes and auto-pilot entirely; data keeps syncing and your brief queues for when you're back.
Configure it in Settings → Notifications & auto-pilot, or during onboarding (step 6).
